Licensing & Usage
Are all samples royalty-free?
Yes. All sounds included in our sample packs are royalty-free.
Once you purchase a pack, you can use its sounds in your own musical and audio-visual productions without paying any additional royalties or license fees.
Can I use the samples in commercial releases?
Yes. You can use our sounds in both commercial and non-commercial productions.
You can release and monetize your finished music on streaming services, digital stores and social platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, Bandcamp, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and similar platforms.
Can I use the samples for film, TV, advertising, games or other media?
Yes. You can use our sounds as part of finished productions for film, television, advertising, trailers, online content, social media, video games, apps, VR/AR projects and other multimedia productions.
Do I need to credit you?
No. Attribution is not required.
You're welcome to credit us if you want to, but it is completely optional.
Do I own the samples after purchasing a pack?
No. Purchasing a sample pack gives you a license to use the sounds. Ownership of the original sounds remains with the Licensor.
Your license to use them is perpetual, subject to the terms of the EULA provided with the purchased pack.
Are the samples exclusive?
Our standard sample packs are non-exclusive, which means the same sounds may be legally licensed and used by other producers.
Selected products may occasionally be offered with a limited or exclusive license. These products are clearly identified in the store and have their own specific license terms.
Can I use the samples to make beats or productions for artists and clients?
Yes. You can use our samples to create beats, tracks and complete productions for artists or clients, including commercial releases.
The original samples themselves cannot be transferred or supplied to another person as standalone sounds or as a sound library.
Can I edit or modify the samples?
Yes. You can freely chop, pitch, time-stretch, layer, resample and process the sounds as part of your productions.
Can I use the sounds exactly as they are?
Yes. You do not have to modify a sample before using it as part of a finished musical or audio-visual production.
However, the sample itself cannot be resold, redistributed, sublicensed or made available as standalone audio.
Can I resell, share or redistribute the samples?
No. You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the original sounds.
You may not upload them to shared servers or make them available to third parties, either individually or as part of a sound collection.
Can I use the samples to create my own sample pack or sound library?
No. Our samples cannot be redistributed as part of another sample pack, sound library, virtual instrument, preset collection, construction kit or similar product.
This applies whether the sounds are used in their original form or modified.
Can I share a purchased pack with another producer, studio or production team?
No. Each purchase provides a single-user license.
Anyone who wants to use the original sounds must have their own valid license. You can, of course, collaborate with other artists and producers on finished musical productions created using the sounds.
Can I use your samples with YouTube Content ID or similar systems?
You may use our samples in your finished music, but you may not claim exclusive ownership of the original sounds or register them in a way that prevents other legitimate licensees from using the same samples.
Because our standard sample packs are non-exclusive, the same sounds may legally appear in productions by different artists.
Can I use the samples for AI or machine-learning training?
No. Our sounds may not be used, directly or indirectly, to train, develop or improve artificial intelligence systems, machine-learning models, neural networks or audio datasets.
Can I use the music or compositions from the audio demos?
No. Demo tracks are provided solely for demonstration and inspiration purposes, to showcase what can be created using the sounds included in the pack.
The Demo Track audio and the original compositions presented in the demos remain the property of the composer and are not included in the sample license.
You may use the individual sounds included in the purchased pack to create your own original productions. However, you may not copy or reproduce the compositions presented in the Demo Tracks, nor sample, remix, distribute, use or incorporate the Demo Track audio itself, in whole or in part, into any production or other work.

Orders & Downloads
Are purchases one-time payments?
Yes. Sample packs are purchased with a one-time payment.
There are no ongoing royalties or additional licensing fees for uses permitted under the license.
Can I get a refund after purchasing a sample pack?
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, sales are final once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
Please listen to the audio demo and review the pack contents and specifications before purchasing.

Please contact us with your order details and a description of the problem, and we'll help you resolve any technical or download issue.
